A central shift involved moving the firm away from short-term, month-to-month optimization toward long-term performance, including changes to incentives, KPIs, and how success is measured.

Liz discusses the challenge of replacing “brain-intensive” advisory capacity following the retirement of a founder, and how that pressure forced meaningful delegation and leadership development across the firm.
