Court Street Consulting LLC is a management consulting firm founded by Dr. Josh Elmore. We partner with senior executives leading through transition, complexity, or change. Josh is a New York–based organizational scientist and executive advisor with 10 years of experience helping senior leaders lead change and strengthen organizations. He has worked with Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, startups, and small businesses in consumer goods, technology, healthcare, media, and human services. He is also an adjunct assistant professor at Columbia University.
